Announcing a New Release by Claudio Bravo
Marlborough Graphics is pleased to announce the release of Demi Gods, a set of 6 lithographs by Claudio Bravo published by Marlborough Graphics, New York. The prints were printed by Maurice Sanchez at Derriere L’Etoile Studios, New York.
Claudio Bravo returns to the theme of drapery in these prints, a subject that relates strongly to the packages the artist did years ago. The title Demi Gods refers to the Roman Gods, and the artist had in mind the colors of Tiepolo for the three muted version of the prints. The three vibrant colors of blue, red and green relate to Bravo’s recent gouaches exhibited at Marlborough this Spring.
