On view together for the first time will be all three of Israel Hershberg's major landscape masterpieces executed over the last six years. Each is a two-and-a-half meter wide landscape, two depicting views in Italy and one in Israel, representing the artist's most important statements to date. Also exhibited will be seven smaller Italian landscapes he has completed over the last several years in his studio in Jerusalem. This will be the first exhibition of Hershberg's work at Marlborough in eight years.
