MARLBOROUGH GRAPHICS is located at 40 West 57th Street. Marlborough Graphics publishes editions with both gallery and non-gallery artists in various media such as etching, photogravure, silkscreen and woodcut. We offer prints and photographs on the secondary market by modern and contemporary artists and maintain a large inventory of prints and photographs by emerging as well as established artists.
Marlborough Graphics has a long and rich history, having produced over the years editions with artists such as Francis Bacon, R. B. Kitaj, Alex Katz, Robert Motherwell and photogravure editions with David Armstrong, Seton Smith, McDermott & McGough, and Jean Pagliuso. Marlborough Graphics continues to publish today, often experimenting with highly innovative print techniques and papers as exemplified by the works of Claudio Bravo, Richard Estes, Red Grooms and McDermott & McGough. Some of the century’s most preeminent photographers have also collaborated with Marlborough including Bill Brandt, Irving Penn, Eugene Atget and Berenice Abbott. We are proud to represent today a growing group of American and international photographers. During the last decade we have increased the number of photographers that we represent, and dedicated more of our exhibition schedule to photography.
Marlborough Graphics maintains a close working relationship with Marlborough Graphics in London, founded in the mid 1960s. They have also achieved prominence as dealers of modern and contemporary prints and as important publishers of contemporary printmakers in the United Kingdom. Many of their publications can also be viewed at our gallery in New York.
Marlborough Graphics is a member of the International Fine Print Dealers Association (IFPDA).
